Coneflower Pavilion Project

We are excited to share with you our vision for the Coneflower Pavilion Project, a multi-use space to become an outdoor prairie classroom, an interactive destination for the public, and a beacon for sustainable living practices through its solar array. This innovative project will also serve as a natural amphitheater for mission-driven events, embodying our dedication to making nature accessible to all.

This project also allows access to community made art since many artistic elements will be incorporated into the final project design like a metal butterfly and various wood carvings. Through our long-standing partnership with the Menasha Joint School District, students are helping to create the metamorphosis mosaic with their own artwork. The Coneflower Pavilion is designed to be a sanctuary where our community can gather to learn, reflect, and celebrate the wonders of the natural world. It is poised to inspire future habitat improvements across the greater Fox Valley Area and beyond, showcasing sustainable initiatives in action.

Thanks to the generosity of our community and partners, we have made significant strides towards our goal. To date, we have raised $298,829 and are 96% to our goal! This achievement is a testament to the shared belief in our mission and the collective effort to bring the Coneflower Pavilion to life.

We need your help!

Despite our remarkable progress, we find ourselves at a critical juncture needing to raise an additional $10,000 to finish construction of the Coneflower Pavilion. Your support can help us bridge this gap and ensure the realization of the Coneflower Pavilion. We are reaching out to you, our dedicated community, to ask for your assistance in making this vision a reality.

Thank you for your continued support of Heckrodt Wetland Reserve. Together, we can build a future where nature is accessible to everyone.
